Aubigny-sur-Nère, Small City of Character and "Ville Fleurie" (flowers distinction in a city), is a Scottish city in France. It maintains its close links with Scotland during the Franco-Scottish Festivals which take place each year around July 14. For a weekend, kilts bagpipes and pipe bands invade the City of the Stuarts to celebrate the Auld Alliance.
